Doctor Whooves, Doctor Whoof, Doctor Hooves or Time Turner... whichever way you prefer his name, there was no way I wasn't going to include him. While the outfit's clearly inspired from #10, I tried making the face and hair different so he wasn't an exact copy of Tennant.
